Somehow I came upon this Kickstarter for something named "Dorkpod".
Electric wheelchair scooter base with plywood for a pod. Intended to bee seen as something goofy. Fits in the the "Makers" movement Adam Savage mentioned recently.

I like that he has the self awareness to realize that his product is to some degree (or every degree) completely ridiculous.

Looks like something Sharper Image would sell.

The disco ball helmet would be fitting. Maybe a DEVO Energy Dome would work.

This is a face exercise device. A Thigh Master for the mouth, if you will. I think it shows some promise.

Add that to their workout program including the shake weight and hula hoop neck and hip exercises.

Would it be inappropriate as a Christmas gift to a girlfriend or wife?

Maybe show it to your girlfriend before you give it to your wife .

That's like giving your loved one a scale. Sheesh.

Nice, a complete set!
Shake Weight, that is one funny piece of equipment. The South Park episode that parodies the Shake Weight is hilarious.

I went to the city community center today to check it out the renovations for the gym, and one of the classes listed on the board was called Kangoo Dancing. Had to look that one up. Seems like ski boots mounted to a spring system. I cant wait to encounter someone using them on the trails.

Those who share their statistics publicly would be the ones who sync the video and review their performance online.

Ya man. That's just too hardcore for me. I'm not a Strava guy but if I were to use it it would be to keep tabs on personal improvement. As it stands now I'm too slow for stats. :)

I wonder how long until it gets used for a "study" of sex by someone working on their thesis.

Speaking of weird products, does anybody know what Marp is doing, or at least that he's ok?

I swear I didn't find this on a fetish website. Honest. Apparently its some sort of cheek lifting apparatus. You're not going to believe this but I found this while looking for some ski stuff.

It would be a different makeup look for women than the ones who seem to be trying to look like Jack Nicholson's version of the Joker.

Hahaha, I remember seeing that. Pretty funny. South Park has a really funny episode that focuses on the Shakeweight - HAL3000 meets the shakeweight. I wonder if the inventors of the Shakeweight realized how sexually suggestive and hilarious that thing is?
