I have a floor pump that does a good job setting tubeless beads (Specialized Airtool specifically for mtbs), but I got tire off pumping.

I took one of these:

Cut off the end that attaches to the schrader valve and than replaced it with one of these heads:

That isn't the exact pump repair part, but you should get the idea. The part must have the compression type fitting that unscrews.

Here is my new inflator:

Works GREAT. I don't rely on the cheapo gauge from HF to be accurate, so I only use it to set the bead than I use my floor pump to set the pressure.

I originally used a hose coupling to attach the pump hose to the inflator hose, but the air flow was too little through the tiny little hole. :)

Nice^^

I did something similar, but with a Silca pump head. It's been working great for years!

I like! I need to do something similar. I keep screwing around with a presta adapter I have. Actually going to set up some more wheels tubeless tomorrow. Uh, can I borrow that? ;)
